Fraudulent Impersonation of BMD Securities Ltd.

We wish to inform you that BMD Securities Ltd has recently become aware of attempts by
unknown persons to impersonate our firm and communicate with clients or members of the
public through unauthorized messages and emails.
We have also received information that a person who may or may not be our client received a
message from the sender/domain “AX-BMDSEC-S”. Please note that this message was not
sent by BMD Securities and is not an authorized communication from us.
Please Stay Alert:
Clients are requested to:
- Ignore and do not respond to any message, email, call, or communication claiming to be from BMD Securities unless it comes through our officially registered contact details.
- Do not click on any links or open attachments received from unauthorized sources.
- Do not share your login credentials, OTPs, passwords, account details, or other confidential information in response to suspicious communications.
- If you receive any communication claiming to be from BMD Securities from a source other than our registered/official contact details, please inform us immediately so that we can verify and take appropriate action.
Your safety and protection are our priority. We strongly encourage all clients to remain alert
and verify the authenticity of any communication before taking any action.

SHORT SELLING DISCLOSURE BY CLIENTS
This is refrence to SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-PoD-3/P/CIR/2024/1, dated January 05, 2024
regarding framework for short selling. SEBI has mandated that “The institutional investors shall
disclose upfront at the time of placement of order whether the transaction is a short sale.
However, retail investors would be permitted to make a similar disclosure by the end of the
trading hours on the transaction day.
You are rerquested to take note of circular and accordingly disclose us about short sell
transactions by the end of transaction hours at

on the transaction day, statement issued by NSDL/CDSL.
